We were just looking the first time we showed up. There was no pressure. We were fortunate to be matched with Tomas Luibheid, who welcomed our visits as we pondered whether to give up our precious Beetle for more cargo room. The newer Golf and Jetta wagon just did not have the beauty and pizzazz of our Beetle, so finally we climbed into the Tornado Red GTI in the showroom at the old Hummer hq. Waiting for our auto to cross the ocean, we had the time to say goodbye to our old car and sell it to a trusted neighbor. As to the Quirk staff - everyone was professional and helpful. Tom in particular was extremely "considerate of our time," knowledgeable and helpful. He let us take the time, talking things over, to come to the best conclusion. -- Both Tom and Dana told us a whole lot about the new features and controls, which helped enormously, and we're learning more as we go along. Jim's son bought a new GTI in Boston at the same time, so we're helping each other. We agree the sound system alone has made it all worthwhile.

We would absolutely recommend the Quirk dealership.

I have read the VW forums regarding my DSG problems. Many people are having problems getting dealerships to stand behind their product. Quirk was great. My service consultant quickly identified with my complaint, and very quickly agreed to replace the mechatronics unit, which is the ultimate solution. He got me a rental car so I wasnt inconvenienced. And the work was completed quickly. This service at Quirks was the the best service experience I have ever had and I hope it continues.
